The mission of the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center is to provide Fort Moore and designated tenant activities personnel administration services and support through recruitment strategies to seek and hire the best candidates available; job oriented training to enable employees to become all they can be; and, retention of the force by developing a proud, supportive atmosphere where employees can excel.
