Weapons Registration process:

• Complete the weapons registration form: FM (DES) Form 190-11-R NOV 23
• Provide to Unit Commander.
• Soldier’s unit Commander sign, scan and email the completed form : HERE
• All others will sign, scan and email the completed form : HERE
• Completed form will be returned to the Unit Commander/sender when the process is completed.
• If there are any issues please come by the Military Police Station Building 215, 6796 Kilgore Street.
