Command Sergeant Major Sergeant Sanchez is a native of San Diego, California. He entered the U.S. Army in 1994 completing One Station Unit Training with Echo Company, 1st Battalion, 50th Infantry Regiment at Fort Moore, GA. Command Sergeant Major Sanchez has one son, Deonte, and two daughters, Mariah and Tiana and one granddaughter Annistyn.

Command Sergeant Major Sanchez has held all duty positions associated with being an 11B and senior NCO positions to include Squad leader, Section Sergeant, Company Master Gunner, Platoon Sergeant, Observer/Controller, G-3 Operations NCOIC, Company First Sergeant, Battalion Command Sergeant Major, Brigade Operations Sergeant Major, and recently served as the Senior Enlisted OC/T Task Force CSM for Warhogs JMRC.
