Office Chief of Infantry (OCOI)

The Office Chief of Infantry develops personnel policies for the total force, provides liaison to Human Resource Command, provides career counseling, monitors Infantry force integration, and designs and documents Infantry units in order to maintain the readiness of the Infantry force.

The Office Chief of Infantry is functionally designed, manned and organized to execute three key tasks in order to accomplish our mission. The key tasks are Personnel Development, Branch Representation and Force Integration. To see our Organizational Chart contact us.
