Maneuver Leaders Maintenance Course (MLMC)

Prerequisites

This course is available to all Active Army and Reserve Component Officers in the ranks of Lieutenant thru Captain with Branches of Armor and Infantry. Soldiers in the rank of SFC thru MSG with the MOS of 11 or 19 series may attend with waiver. Soldiers must meet all rank requirements as specified, current height and weight standards, and have passed an APFT within the last six months.

Students will register for the following systems two weeks before attending this course:
Prior to arriving, complete the training on GCSS and have access to LIW, Blackboard, and FMS WEB.

Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
Students should try to register for the following systems two weeks before attending this course. If they are not able it will be part of day one in-processing:
Prior to arriving, complete the training on GCSS (optional), have access to AESIP, and Blackboard.
Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP) account. AESIP Link: https://login.aesip.army.mil

Have the following information when registering:
Personnel Security Manager (PSM) (Name, Email and phone number) In most cases it’s your S2. (Must have Access to AESIP to approve requests)
Government/immediate Supervisor. (Must have Access to AESIP to approve requests)
Must have completed Cyber Awareness and User Agreement within a year.

Blackboard
Attempt to login into Blackboard (https://mcoe.ellc.learn.army.mil/).
The remainder of the process will be done on day one.

Complete the training below (OPTIONAL):
Global Combat Support System (GCSS)
Click on GTRAC.
Register (remember your username and password).
Login
Click on the Blue ICON (Web-Based Training).
On the top row, Click on Web-Based Training.

Complete the following (Optional needed for gaining unit):

1. GCSS-Army Overview
2. Basic Navigation
3. Intermediate Navigation
4. Using GCSS-Army Reports
5. Retail Supply Overview
6. Materiel Management Overview
7. Request Process Flow in GCSS Army
8. Organizational Supply Overview
9. Maintenance Overview
10. Plant Maintenance Overview

Complete the following:
Cyber Awareness Challenge (Within a Year)
Signed User Agreement (Within A Year)
