Bradley Leaders Course is designed to train selected Officers from 2LT-MAJ and Noncommissioned Officers from SGT-MSG to provide future BFV Leaders in:

• BFV Components and Functions
• Communications capabilities and limitations
• Gunnery Skills Testing
• Bradley Conduct of Fire Trainer (COFT)
• Live fire training and Range operation procedures
• Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT)
• Mounted Tactics and Mission up to the Company level
• Tactical Maneuver Training

Course Description

• Confident and Competent BFV leaders in weapons training and pre-gunnery requirements for live fire.
• Current training and execution of doctrinal movement formations and armor integration in a simulated combat environment.
• Experience in the capabilities and limitations of simulators and simulations available for training for the ABCT.
• The ability to use the Peer/Mentor concept to assist unit leaders to develop future BFV crews in preparation for live fire gunnery training.
